Terms of
Service
01 — Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of IAssistance, a conversational infrastructure platform operated by an independent service provider based in Argentina.
By accessing or using IAssistance, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 — Service description
IAssistance provides an extensible conversational runtime that connects messaging channels — including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger — with programmatic micro-backends built around each client's specific business logic.
The platform is intended for businesses, agencies, and technical operators who need to execute structured operational processes through conversational interfaces. It is not a chatbot builder, a CRM, or a consumer-facing messaging application.
03 — Parties and roles
Platform operator. IAssistance provides the conversational runtime infrastructure, hosting, messaging platform integrations, and the operational interface.
Clients. Businesses, agencies, or technical integrators who access the platform through authenticated accounts. Clients are responsible for the business logic implemented in their micro-backends, the services and integrations they connect, and the operational use of the platform.
End users. In some cases, clients use IAssistance to manage communications with their own customers through supported messaging channels. End users interact with client-operated systems, not directly with IAssistance. The client is solely responsible for its relationship with its end users, including applicable data protection obligations.
In cases where IAssistance is used directly without an intermediary client layer, the user assumes the responsibilities described above for clients.
04 — Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- —Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- —Send unsolicited communications or spam through supported messaging channels.
- —Process data without obtaining required consents from end users.
- —Interfere with or disrupt the platform infrastructure or other clients.
- —Reverse engineer or extract proprietary components of the platform.
- —Use the platform in ways that violate the terms of service of integrated messaging providers, including Meta platforms.
05 — Messaging platform compliance
The platform integrates with messaging services operated by third parties, including Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of these integrations is subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers, including the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Policy.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of messaging integrations complies with the requirements of the relevant messaging provider, including obtaining required opt-ins from end users and respecting message type restrictions.
IAssistance does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party messaging platforms and is not responsible for changes to those platforms' APIs, policies, or availability.
06 — Intellectual property
The platform infrastructure, runtime, interface, and associated components are proprietary to the platform operator. No rights are transferred to clients beyond the right to use the service as described in these terms.
Business logic implemented in micro-backends is developed by the platform operator based on client specifications. Clients retain ownership of the underlying business rules, data, and operational requirements that define that logic.
07 — Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
The operator's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
08 — Termination
Either party may terminate access to the platform at any time. The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the terms of integrated third-party providers.
09 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
